We started basic tailoring and computer training for underprivileged women and youth. These programs were fully funded by trustee contributions. Over 50 individuals completed the course with practical training and certification. This effort created home-based employment and small tailoring businesses. We also provided toolkits to help them start their own ventures. The training created a ripple effect in families’ incomes and confidence.
